What CampusCart is

CampusCart TTU is a free listing board for the TTU community. CampusCart is not a shop, and it does not handle payments, delivery or guarantees. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly.

For sellers

• You must be approved by the admin before you can post.
• Only post items or services you own or are allowed to sell, and describe them honestly.
• Do not post illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or adult items, or anything else the admin considers unsuitable.
• You are responsible for your deals, including delivery, quality and refunds.
• Mark items as sold once they are gone.

For buyers

• Check items before you pay. Meet in public places where possible.
• CampusCart does not verify every listing and does not guarantee any sale.

Admin decisions

The admin may approve, edit, reject or remove any listing, and may block any account that breaks these terms. Listings stay live for 30 days unless they are removed earlier.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Ghanaian law, CampusCart is not responsible for losses arising from deals between users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
